Nestled neatly in the dunes on the Crescent Beach in Lockeport, the Centre is your first stop for Visitor Information and beach services, including washrooms, change rooms and showers. Don't forget to climb the staircase up to our observation deck for stunning views of the beach, the lighthouse on Gull Rock, the island town, and the back harbour, boardwalk and salt marsh.

Lockeport is a unique coastal town, with something to offer everyone who comes to visit, and we pride ourselves on being a part of the community, and a focal point for summertime activities. If you are planning a trip to the south shore, a visit to the Beach Centre, and to its surrounding areas are a must!
The beach is over a kilometer long, and is pristine white sand along its entire length! The Beach Centre offers changing facilities, bathrooms, and an Ice Cream shop - there is no better place to spend an afternoon!
Lockeport is nestled in thousands of acres of unmolested wilderness at the outer edges of the South West Nova Biosphere Reserve, and with dozens of unique species to be seen at any one time the experiance is not to be missed!
